Fairfax, Virginia – November 17, 2020 – MAG Aerospace announced the addition of Thomas W. Weston, CPA, to the Board of Directors.

Mr. Weston brings broad-based experience in all areas of financial management including strategic planning and budgeting, external financing, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and prudent income tax strategies. His extensive knowledge and experience in matters associated with companies contracting with the U.S. Government, including those that are subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Cost Accounting Standards, will further strengthen and support the long-term success of our organization as the world’s premier real time situational awareness service provider.

Tom previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Secretary at ECS Federal, LLC (“ECS”). During his tenure, he led the key accounting and finance initiatives of the approximately $900 million company. He also played a vital role in driving strategic direction through a focused mergers and acquisitions program. In 2018, he led the sale of ECS to ASGN, Inc., a large publicly held company. Mr. Weston holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.
