Matt Bartlett

President & Chief Growth Officer

Matt Bartlett serves as the President & Chief Growth Officer of MAG.

In this role, Mr. Bartlett is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing an organic and inorganic growth strategy for MAG and is responsible for generating over $200M in new business.  He leads a global growth team that includes global sales, global insights and planning, and global capture.

Prior to MAG, Mr. Bartlett held management positions with Northrop Grumman managing specialty aviation programs in the Middle East and Southwest Asia with an annual contract value of over $150M.  With MAG, he has previously served as a subject matter expert for the US Government responsible for assisting in the deployment of Aerial Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities worldwide and as the Executive Vice President for Aviation/ISR business.

Mr. Bartlett served in the US Army as an Infantry officer with several overseas assignments including leading soldiers in combat in Iraq as a company commander with the 101st Airborne Division and as an Instructor at the U.S. Army Ranger School.  While in the military, he earned the Jumpmaster, Airborne, Combat Infantryman, Expert Infantryman, Ranger, Pathfinder, and Air Assault badges and was awarded a Bronze Star for his service in combat. He has extensive international experience, having lived and worked in the Middle East, Europe, and South America.

Mr. Bartlett is a graduate of The Citadel, holds a PMP certification, and is Shipley trained.
