Joseph B. Paull

Vice Chairman

Mr. Paull serves as Vice Chairman and was previously Chief Operating Officer (COO) of MAG Aerospace.

Mr. Paull is the co-founder of MAG and has been with the company since its inception in 2009.  Mr. Paull brings a wealth of senior management and business capture experience across United States Government Department of Defense (DOD), Department of State (DOS), Intelligence Community (IC), and Department of Justice (DOJ) customers; managing programs extensively in the Middle East, Southwest Asia, and Latin America.  Prior to serving as the COO at MAG, Mr. Paull served as the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Global Operations and has previously served as the COO during the initial startup years of MAG.

Prior to the founding of MAG, Mr. Paull held senior management positions in Triple Canopy and TASC/Northrop Grumman.  Mr. Paull entered the private sector in 2004 with Triple Canopy where he worked as the Deputy Director of Operations and Director of Field Support.  During his time at Triple Canopy, Mr. Paull supported multiple DOS protective programs in Iraq and developed a large network of third country national (TCN) personnel for multiple security deployments.  After leaving Triple Canopy, Mr. Paull became a Global Operations Specialist with TASC/Northrop Grumman providing training expertise and program management to multiple overseas IC programs.  At TASC/Northrop Grumman, Mr. Paull served as the technical lead for the Counter Narcoterrorism Global Support (CNGS) team $15B Counter Narcoterrorism Technology Program Office (CNTPO) award in 2007.  He went on to become the CNGS Afghanistan Country Manager and Department Manager winning a significant amount of business providing aviation training and operations, procurement, construction, and logistics support for both DOD and DOJ customers in Afghanistan and within the United States.

Before working in private industry, Mr. Paull served eight years in the U.S. Army as an officer in the Infantry Branch with assignments at Ft. Benning, Ft. Lewis, and Camp Frank D. Merrill.  He is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University, PMP certified and has completed both the Shipley Capture and Proposal Programs.
