Woodbridge, Virginia – June 1, 2017 – The Department of Defense announced MAG Aerospace as one of five winners of the SATMO IDIQ contract, a 5-year base, 5-year option with a $249M ceiling. The contract supports the U.S. Army’s security assistance training programs in seven countries.

MAG Aerospace will provide support services to the Army Security Assistance Training Management Organization (SATMO) under the foreign military sales contract. Contract support will occur in Afghanistan, Croatia, Greece, Indonesia, Iraq, Tunisia, and Turkey through May, 2022.

SATMO oversees the Army Material Command’s Security Assistance Enterprise training programs and helps the service branch prepare, form, deploy, and sustain continental U.S.-based security assistance teams worldwide.
