Pack serves as Director, Exit Planning Strategy, with HighTower’s Pagnato-Karp Group, after spending five years at investment bank KippsDesanto & Co. in Tysons Corner, VA. Prior to serving as a Director at KippsDesanto, Pack spent thirteen years with Merrill Lynch, where he specialized in providing M&A as well as commercial lending services to middle market companies. He served as Vice Chairman of the Business Financial Services Advisory Council. Additionally, he was a featured speaker to over 100 Merrill Lynch offices and was featured in numerous financial publications.
Pack is active within several professional and charitable organizations. He is a co-founder of MissionLink, an executive level forum established to foster collaboration and innovation among CEOs, decision makers, critical thinkers and pacesetters from the most promising companies dedicated to the mission of defense, intelligence and national security.
Pack also co-founded, with the assistance of Jeffrey “Skunk” Baxter, “The Community’s Got Talent”, a battle of the bands to benefit the Special Operations Warrior Foundation and the CIA Officers Memorial Foundation.
Along with Bob Flores, formerly CTO of the CIA, Pack founded VT-IDEA, the Virginia Tech Alumni Intelligence and Defense Executive group.
Pack holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University – Pamplin College of Business. He is registered with FINRA as a General Securities Registered Representative (Series 7, 63).
Pack and his wife, Rebecca, live in Staunton, Virginia.
